Which course is best? I got 90% in 10th and 12th -93% but unfortunately discontinued my studies because of my health issues.
Can I get a job after completing BBA+MBA 4 years course if I complete all the semesters in one attempt with 80%?

Your grades are quite good. So, you can choose a stream of your choice and again start studies. Health issues are very obvious and can be happened with anyone so doesn't bother for that and have a fresh start with full confidence and dedication. -
You can get admission in any of the courses you like as the scores are good. You just need to submit a gap certificate stating your reason of the gap.

You can continue your study by giving gap Certificate. In LPU you will have a bright career with lot of scholarships specially based on last two qualification.

You can continue your educational journey any time you wish for. In my opinion since you have taken a pause it would be difficult for you to continue with Science stream.
