Which course is best to opt: medicine or engineering?

Hi,
This is a question which asks your interest weather in medical or engineering field.
According to me, engineering is common now a days and medicine is much different than engineering.
If one has good command over PCB and devotion over the subject and he/she thinks of nothing else but medicine,
