    Hello Shaily,
    Both are good course.But i will suggest u for doing C.A. course.
    There is no difference in the degree. Both will have same merit, if that is your major concerned. The notable difference is that after 12th you first need to clear Common Proficiency Test as part of Chartered Accountancy Course.
    While graduates including B.Com degree holders, can take direct admission into IPCC which is second stage that comes after the Common Proficiency Test. So the difference is that after B.Com you don't need to clear CPT and yet get admission for the Chartered Accountancy Course.

    Hi shaily both of the courses are superb.but on the basis of your interest go for that.if you ask my advice then go for b.com.lots of scope.like banking,stroking firm etc.alll the best
