Both programs are valued equally in the hotel management industry. To assist you in choosing which course is best for you, here is a comparison of the two:

    2. Coursework: In the B.Sc. Programme, you study topics like culinary history, basic principles of food production, culinary terms, etc. The BHM programme places more of an emphasis on kitchen operations management, marketing, and HR management.

A B.Sc. Degree provides study of the 4 core departments of an hotel which is
    Food Production (Kitchen)
Food and Beverages ( Restaurant Service)
    Front Office
    Housekeeping
A BHM degree provides Front office and housekeeping only the don't provide Food production, Food and Beverages. In my personal opinion in B.Sc. Degree you have much things to learn rather than BHM and trust me a B.Sc. Degree is of much higher value than a BHM degree because it invites more job opportunities and ideas about this industry. According to me you have to go for B.Sc. Degree. Hope this would help
