Which course is better after B.Tech: M.Tech, MBA or MS?

If you are interested in Higher Studies or research in the same stream, then you may go for M.Tech. Else, MBA would be a good option. You should have 55% in B.Tech/BE and a valid score of GATE. I am enlisting a few good colleges for M.Tech : IIT Roorkee, IIT Guwahati, DTU, IIT Varanasi, IIT Dhanbad,

After B.Tech,

In India, MS is not as good, and M.Tech/MBA depends on your interest. You can go for M.Tech, if you want to remain in technical field otherwise you can go for MBA, if you want to be in management.
