Which course is better after BCA among MCA and MBA in terms of salary package and better working environment for girls?

Both BCA-MCA and MBA are both good career options for girls. With BCA you can only get lower salary entry level jobs in IT industry. Therefore, I will recommend MCA over BCA for a meaningful IT career. Working conditions in IT industry are good but if you get 24x7 support role, then you may have to
