Which course is better after BCA among MCA and MBA (my programming language is not strong)?

If you interested in the managerial field should go for MBA, because you mentioned your programming skill is not strong. Also, you can join digital marketing training programme (2 or 3 months) with an internship. Because, digital marketing is a booming career option. After you can join as a digital marketer, then you can do MBA in correspondence. In other option, you can join a tech job. But, you don't have any industry experience. If possible have some hands-on experience.
