BBA is a more business specific course where you are somehow trained to become an entrepreneur whereas, B.Com is a financial management course. You learn more about accountancy, maths and finance management.
So, it depends on which field interests you more.
Top colleges for BBA in India are:
1. Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University, Delhi
2.Guru Nanak Dev University, Amritsar
3.Barkatullah University, Bhopal
4. University Of Lucknow, Lucknow
5. UPES, Dehradun - This college has a lot of further specialisations in BBA which you can go for.
6. Bharati Vidyapeeth Institute of Management and Research, Pune
7. Bundelkhand University -
B.com is for people who are good in maths and inclined towards studying this subject in future. BBA is a growing field and has a good scope. I would suggest, you should opt for BBA than B.Com.

If you want to pursue banking, finance, actuarial, accounting, cost and work accounting, CA, or CS course, then opt for B.Com.
If you wish to make your career in the managerial field, then opt for BBA. After B.Com, you have many course options with you, but after BBA, you can only pursue MBA.
As per me, B.Com is a better option for you. -
As per my understanding, I would suggest BBA is an undergraduate course that helps develop the entrepreneurship skills of the candidates. T
