    Hello Naveen,
    PGDM is an AICTE accredited course offered by institutions that aren't affiliated to universities. The advantage they have is that the best PGDM colleges are those which will continually update their PGDM curriculum to be in step with the current industry scene. After 2 years, you will hold a diploma that is recognised and will be able to get a specialised job position or continue higher studies.
    MBA a standardised, UGC accredited degree program. 2 years long, it will involve a dissertation project and will generally provide placements. While it is highly recognised in India and overseas and you will be able to climb corpor
