Hello Girjesh,
First of all, I would like to say that both the courses are equally good. It all depends on your interest and your goals about future. BBA is a professional course of Management Information Systems, Finance, Marketing, and Human Resources whereas B.Com is a traditional course for knowledge about fundamental subjects of commerce such as Accounts, Administration, Finance, Economics, and Industrial Policy. If you want good opportunities after BBA, then you can plan to pursue an MBA degree from a good college. After B.Com, you will have many opportunities to pursue CA CMA, CS CFA FRM, CPA MBA, etc. Rest, the decision is yours...more -
If one follows up his BBA with an MBA degree from a reputed institute then they have a chance to increase their job prospects along with high salary package. Bachelor of commerce is also three-year degree course which is taken up by commerce students wanting to make a career in finance, taxation, and accountancy.

6 years agoHi Monika,
As per the latest curriculum B.Com courses do offer some management skills but the core still remains accounts and business whereas in BBA rich management knowledge is provided along with better humanities training. So if you are interested in management then do go for BBA and if you're interested in accounting and business tax then you can join commerce. From profession point of view:
After B.Com or with B.Com you can do CS CA CMA or M.Com.
After BBA you can do MBA or higher studies.
