Which course is better among AME and M.Tech in aeronautical? I have done my B.Tech in mechanical stream.

You should go for AME course. It gives you every knowledge about it. There is a difference between M.Tech and AME course. M.Tech will provide you the knowledge about manufacturing an aircraft and AME course is about maintenance.
