B.Com (Hons.) is better option than B.Com, because it gives you deeply knowledge about it and you have more chances of placements. So, firstly go for the B.Com (Hons.)

Are the subjects in B.Com professional related to B.Com honors? Does it have good scope?

B.Com professional would be good. But, won't be a much difference. You can proceed with any one of it.
