Which course is better among B.Ed and MBA in HRM after completing B.Com?

Hi,
Both options are equally good. As for teaching career/job you may pursue B.Ed. and to become HR professional in different companies in private or government sector you may pursue MBA in HR from a recognized institute in India.

It depends on type of schools in India.Ordinarily, you may get around 25 to 35 thousand per month initially.
