b.tech is best and also have better scope

B.sc basically is pure Science and B.tech applied. Keeping in mind a good job, u should definitely go for B.tech. But if u want to go into the depths of a subject, choose B.sc.

Both are good But if u wanna do job in future and wanna go in technical line then U can take B.tech but if u wanna do self graduation and become a teacher and scientist then u can take B.sc.

B.Sc is a 3 years science degree course whereas B.Tech is a 4 year engineering graduation degree. B.Tech has better scope in comparison to B.Sc. If you do M.Sc then you will able to get job similar to B.Tech.

both stream are totally different . B.Tech is a professional course. B.Sc is a general graduation. Now its depend on your choice.
