Which course is better among B.Sc chemistry and Diploma in chemistry engineering?

Hello,
B.Sc chemistry is a three year Graduation programme after 12th. Diploma in chemical engineering is three year programme after completing 10th. Generally, Graduation course is preferred over Diploma.
