Which course is better among B.Sc in biotechnology and B.Tech in biotechnology?

Hello,
B.Tech biotechnology is far better than B.Sc biotechnology.
B.Tech Biotechnology also has good hand some pay scale. Nowadays B.Sc biotechnology is common, even if you pursue B.Sc biotechnology you may not receive good pay scale.
B.Tech Biotechnology opt only few candidates, so it is easier
