    I think LL.B. as there are many people not getting jobs by studying B.Tech.
    Law courses is better as competition is less as well as work is also less. It is main that you need Legal Aptitude you can get lakhs of salary. It's Your choice now.

    It depends on your skills and what field you choose. But, in my opinion B.Tech is better and you will find good career scope in B.Tech than LLB.

    Both engineering and law degrees are equally good with opportunities but are in crowded market place. Exceptional skills and competencies are required to succeed in both the professions. In order to succeed you must choose one among these professions based on your interests to excel in professional career.
