Which course is better among B.Tech in computer science and integrated MCA?

According to me, both are similar. The difference is that
1) B.Tech is 4 years. MCA+BCA will be 5 or 6 years depending on lateral entry.
2) You will find MCA as better because the syllabus will be moderate. Whereas B.Tech will be hectic.
3) Finally, you can do M.Tech in CS after MCA and also after B
