Which course is better among B.Tech in information technology and B.Tech in electronic and instrumental engineering?

Braj, the course you are comparing is totally different. If you are good in computer and programming, you can definitely choose information tech, and if you have done electrical as your optional in class 12th, you can take up electrical or instrumental as your BE course.
