Which course is better among B.Tech+M.Tech biotechnology and B.Sc+M.Sc biotechnology?

B.Tech-M.Tech requires 6 years while B.Sc and M.Sc. Biotechnology required 5 years. To join B.Tech, you have to clear the JEE Mains exam while there is no entrance exam for B.Sc Biotechnology.
