Which course is better among BAF and BMS in terms of better salary?

Both are good in terms of salary. Go according to your interest. If you are good in accounts and maths, then go with BAF and if you are good in theory subjects, go with BMS. -

You get almost the same salary in the beginning so its preferable to opt for it on the basis of what you are good at and your interest.

BMS stands for Bachelor of Management Studies I guess. Both are Bachelor's and have their own importance. You can expect a normal start with both of them.
