Which course is better among BBA, BCA and BCS in terms of scope?

Prathvesh chavan, It all depends upon your interest. You can choose any 1 among BBA or BCA. You must make sure that it is of your interest. You will be good in the field only if it is of your interest. If you want to go to management then you must go for BBA. There are ample of career opportunities

I would suggest you to pursue BCS as it have a better scope than BCA. But, I don't have any idea about its scope after BBA.
