Hi,
BCA is better among the two, you will get good technical knowledge and hands-on some basic software languages. You need to put effort to do some good projects. If you can get a chance of getting an internship from any good firm its beneficial for your profile.

I think BCA is better than B.Sc in CS because in comparison, BCA is more concentrated towards software field and the applications of computers.
