BCA and Psychology are very different field. BCA is Bachelor of computer applications, where the studies are related to software and its applications in different field. Whereas, psychology is study of human mind. So choose the stream based on your aptitude and interest.

BA will be easier for if you love to read a lot, loves history / literature, but finds technology and mathematical problem solving a bit troublesome. BCA will be easier if you are strong in logical reasoning or math, loves computers and technology, and likes coding. First identify your actual interests, aptitudes, strengths, and weaknesses and match it with the choices you have to shortlist the apt one for you.
