Both are completely different from each other. BCA lets you study computers and get a career in computers. While in BA, you choose subjects such as, English, History, Maths etc. and also specialize in one subject.

If you have interest in technology and you love doing things practically then you should go for BCA else B.A. Would be a good option. The best colleges are: Delhi University, Delhi

Both courses are good. How good is a course for you depends upon how you do that course and How much practical knowledge you have.
