Which course is better Among BHM, B.Sc HM, B.Sc in hospitality and hotel administration and BHMCT?

  • Hi Shahid,
    All the courses are equal, these have a different nomenclature by universities. The studies remain the same and you would be required to go 6 months IT and 6 months OJT. For admission, you can visit:

    Practically speaking, all the courses that you have mentioned are the same. It is just the change in nomenclature. AICTE approved colleges provide 4 years degree whereas all other institutes (including NCHMCT) offer 3 years degree. The content of the syllabus is more or less the same. Instead of the course or name of the course, you should look at the placement of the institute/college that you choose.

    In short term, to get good job, B.Sc. HM has much good scope and then comes BHMCT. But looking to the current scenario you must take admissions in university like Amity University, Lovely Professional University, etc. as they give you overall grooming and better placements.
