Which course is better among BJMC and B.Sc- IT?

Which course is better? BJMC OR BSCIT. I am thinking to continue BJMC as in 2nd year but I am interested in computers programming too. Now tell me whether I should go for B.Sc IT or choose a side course in any reputed institute along with 2nd year in BJMC. Or start B.Sc IT from 1st year again?
