It depends on which course you like because, both the courses are equally good. So, give more importance to your choice. You can go through the syllabus of both the courses, analyze the topics, which you like most, and accordingly you can select your stream.

Both streams are unique as well as beneficial and will let you help in building a good career too. Radiology is a specialization that I like more.
But that will not decide your future. Different people will have different views, different preferences and also different way of thinking.
