Which course is better among electrical engineering and computer engineering? I am poor in maths.

Your choice is good but without mathematics, it is not successful in electrical or computer engineer. A few knowledge in mathematics and you can get big success as mathematics has a role in writing the program. -
You are advised to prefer computer engineering over electrical engineering which has lesser maths orientation. You are further advised that you do not confuse yourself while making the decision between computer science and computer engineering. Computers science uses maths extensively.
