If you are pursuing from a top engineering college than integrated B.Tech and M.Tech is a good option. You have a benefit of completing Masters in 5 years along with Bachelors. Generally, its suggested to complete Masters exclusively in 2-years with proper research work and projects.

    Hi,
My recommendation will go for B.Tech programme and afterwards decide your further education according to your caliber, interest, passion and even according to market demand.
You can't predict the scope of particular field after 4 years and even may be your interest would be different after B.Tech degree.
So, choose the right way for your education.
