Which course is better among M.Sc+PhD in biotechnology and B.Tech+M.Tech in biotechnology?

If you have research orientation then M.Sc Ph.D is a better option in comparison to B.Tech-M.Tech Biotechnology. If you want to work as an engineer or manager in biotech companies then B.Tech-M.Tech is a better option.
