Which course is better among MBA and distance PGDM? What difference does it make with regards to salary package?

I am a working graduate and can't afford to lose my job for a MBA degree, However I am planning to do my Distance PGDM from NMIMS.

I doubt Kirthana as SMU is derecognized by UGC and Amity is not recognized by DEB.

Dear Dimple, As in technical terms like recognition and course module, there is not much of a difference in MBA and PGDM programme. Some of the universities offer management programme as MBA and those institutes which have affiliation from other universities offer PGDM. All the best.
