Which course is better among MBA and M.Tech? I am currently in 4th year of B.Tech civil engineering.

With poor basics it is not possible to clear GATE exam and hence M.Tech is not the option for you. Although, you are from engineering background then M.Tech will definitely for you. But don't worry buddy. If not M.Tech then MBA is the only option we left with. You now focus on clearing CAT-MAT or GM

Construction management is the specialization in MBA offered by only few institutions in India. Best if you do this abroad. So kindly choose your institution wisely.
