This would depend on your interest areas and career aspirations. In case you intend to pursue a career in Technical / research/academics/coding/ analytics/big data area then MCA is better. However, if you want to move into general management the MBA is better. -

Choose an MBA if you wish to work in the business domain. And choose MCA if you have an interest in coding and technical stuff. -
They are two entirely different courses, and it is not easy to compare these two. it purely depends on your interest
