in india mba and pgdm same value... evn pgdm better... just u think... mba syllabus changed min 6 yrs where pgdm syllabus changed every year... pgdm totally focus practical oriented and soft skill where mba theory oriented.... and don't worry pgdm degree... iim also give pgdm degree nt mba.... so up

MBA is complete study of management subjects and PGDM is specialised study in one particular subject. So MBA is better for your future. All the best dear.
