    Dear Vishnu,
PGDM stands for Post Graduate Diploma in Management and MBA stands for Master of Business Administration. Hi Vishnu,
If you have an option of choosing between the two, I would recommend you to go for an MBA program. The choosing point between an MBA and a PGDM for most students is the duration. While an MBA is for two years, a PGDM is only for one year. So, if you have two years to invest, invest them in an MBA. An MBA would give an exponential boost to your career and put you in the top bracket right away. An MBA from institutes like INLEAD, Gurgaon, Amity University or Sharda University will not only provide you with the perfect amalgamation of practical and theoretical knowledge but also provide you with excellent placement opportunities
