Honestly, both MBA in HR and MBA in Marketing are good — it totally depends on you and what kinda work excites you more. MBA in HR is great if you're into managing people, building teams, handling employee relations, and working on company culture. It's more about people skills, empathy, and strategy for internal growth. MBA in Marketing is perfect if you love creativity, strategy, understanding customers, and working on branding, advertising, sales, or digital campaigns. It's fast-paced and often comes with targets, but can be super exciting. So, neither is “better” in general — it's about your interest and where you see yourself ...more

In MBA, Marketing is evergreen branch of Management. Marketing has great scope. Look, a company needs 10 Marketing candidates ( sales, marketing, advertising, analytical works, etc ) while only needs 1 HR ( to appoint appropriate candidate for company ) and 1 Finance ( to tally gain and loss of the company ) Candidate. And packages also higher for Marketing than HR and Finance. Best of luck !
