Which course is better among MBA or MBA Honors?

In MBA honors there would be one extra subject which means my workload, fee and exams. Companies consider MBA and MBA Hons one and the same.
Also it depends upon the college a lot from where you pass out. Good colleges provide placements in there campus itself.so keep track of these kinds of college
