Which course is better among MCA and MBA after completing BCA?

It completely depends on your interest. If you are willing to do managerial job with little exposure of IT then choose MBA. If you're looking for hard core coding job then go for MCA.

Both MBA and MCA are completely different fields. MCA will give you indepth knowledge about your subject which you have already done. It will help you enhance and get more information about your subject. If you're interested in your subject and would like to pursue it further, MCA is ideal for you. While, MBA is completely different field which enhances your overall knowledge and all about managing things. If you're interested in changing your career path or if you're interested to have a managerial position, MBA is ideal for you. MBA from top B-School will land you in a very good package like IIM being avg of 17L and other top B-School avg 10-12L. So, if you want a progressive career MBA is solution to your answer And MCA if you're keen and deeply interested in your subject matter. Hope this helps. Good luck.
