Which course is better among MCA and MBA in HR in terms of salary and placements?

Hello Shailshree, Apologies for the late reply. MCA is a good option if you're really interested in the technical and coding field. MBA in HR is apt if you want to make a career in the management field. So it depends on where your interest lies and career goals. Salary prospects wise, MBA is better than MCA but only if done from a reputed B-School.
