Hi Raghu,
The career that you wish to look forward depends entirely upon your area of interest and your skills.
MBA and MCA are totally different degrees. Management post graduation done from a reputed B school can land you in a great career.
MBA would be a better option only if you are good at

In my opinion you must go for MCA, because in MCA, your BSc's skill will be used and it will help you to make a bright career.
There is IGNOU, SMU are good option for distance learning.
