Which course is better among MMS or PGDM? Does MMS students have an option of taking foreign tour and international student exchange course?

For me, PGDM is better as it has trimester system. You are more tied up with projects and presentations. At the same time you have enough time for your personal life. You get free text books from college which you don't get f you take up MMS. Also, mms has an option to go for international tour. This year 18 MMS students went to HongKong and Macau whereas 68 students from PGDM went to Germany and Switzerland.
