    I will like to recommend options in order of precedance : Applied Maths, Petroleum, Integrated Economics based on scope & opportunities.

    If you are going for better, you should look out for economics at IIT-khadagpur.
    But it is all based on your interests. These are all not mainstream branches as per now, but all are equivalently good as you will be graduating from IITs. So for me economic IIT-khadagpur > petroleum IIT dhanbad > Maths IIT-R.
