Which course is better among PGDM and MBA?

Apart from the name and degree difference, there is nothing better amongst the two. Both are management education. MBA is offered by a university registered under UGC and PGDM is offered by autonomous institutes affiliated to AICTE. PGDM is a more dynamic curriculum as it deals with industry requirements whereas MBA is pre-designed by the university. Both the courses offer equal job prospects now it depends on you what you want to opt.

Both the courses are equally good. Pursuing both these courses helps one in the growth of their career, in getting a better position and obtaining a bigger salary. PGDM stands for Post Graduate Diploma in Management. MBA stands for Master in Business Administration (MBA) which is a degree course offered by the colleges affiliated to the universities.
