Which course is better amongst computer science and information technology in terms of syllabus, toughness and salary package?

Both are equal. Nowadays IT sectors are recruiting more and more employees. Go for CSE if have logical abilities for programming languages. CSE is a bit harder than IT but as I said they are considered to be equal, packages are approximately same.
