Analyzing the trend of job opportunities and pay CSE would be the best. Then Bio Tech and at last B.Sc.

All fields are good for better future, but I would like to grab your attention towards something which is more important.
If you are planning for going in some engineering field, you will have to gain as much knowledge you can throughout your 4 years of Bachelor's degree.
