MBA and M.Sc are two very different courses. Some people find M.Sc tough, whereas, others find MBA tougher. It depends on the outlook of each individual. M.Sc gives graduates access to the scientific or technical field, whereas, MBA offers its candidates access to the management or administration of a particular organization. You should select a course where your interests lie, and one which you feel more comfortable with.
