Which course is better - B.Sc. (hons) or B.Sc. General for further studies in life Science?

I am little confused as I want to join B.Sc in microbiology genetics and biochemistry. I have interest in all the three. Is it right to choose B.Sc in microbiology genetics and biochemistry (general) over B.Sc (hons)?

The B.Sc. (Hons) programme is better appropriate for students who want to study in-depth any of the major sciences Physics Chemistry mathematics, etc. ). On the other hand, if a student just wants a diverse and balanced Science education, B.Sc. (general) is the better option.
