Actually, as per my knowledge BHM in hotel management is good.
    because
Bsc. Hotel management is traditional graduation, not a full pledged hotel management course. It is part BSc. But BHM is full pledged course and it is specially designed for hotel management. Of course BHM has a better scope as after doing it you can work in service industry, tourism sector and even airlines. There are institutes like IIHM, LPU, Amity, IHM that offer world class practical knowledge to their students both on the campus as well as off the campus. Some of these institutes offer scholarships too. Check their websites for more information.

B.Sc. Hotel Management helps with an overview of Hotel management and doesn't focus on specialised courses, Its more technical and impacts on fundamentals of hotel management. BHM is more focused on management aspects and operations conducted in hotel management.
