Which course is better: B.Sc IT or BCA?

It is you, who makes it best and worst. This is a degree and after completing this degree, you will be a computer science graduate. BCA mostly focus on computer software. Whereas, B.Sc (IT) contains computer software and other IT related things. But, both the course material is almost same, and job opportunities and future academic opportunities are also same.
